About Mindset Reset

Hi, I am Sophia!  I created Mindset Reset after suffering the unthinkable tragedy, at age 12, of losing my best friend and her sister in a hammock accident. This devestated me as a person and affected everything I did. As I came through this with the help of others, I found tools that were impactful and wanted to share them with other teens who are facing all types of challenges. My goal is to provide exercises that helped me, and I think will help you too!
